Oak & Oar Farm

Oak & Oar Farm is a regenerative herb farm rooted in Kīlauea, Kauaʻi, grown in partnership with ʻĀina Hoʻokupu o Kīlauea, a local nonprofit dedicated to food sovereignty & land stewardship. We cultivate small-batch medicine shaped by stewardship, listening, and the relationship between people, place, and plants.
We grow everything we sell. Our primary medicine is tea. We offer dried loose leaf blends and brewed medicinal teas. When the land offers it, we also craft small runs of tinctures, oxymels, and salves — guided by what’s in season.
What sets us apart is the scale and the care. Every plant is started by seed, harvested by hand, dried gently, and blended thoughtfully — with intention in every step. Our teas are made for ritual as much as flavor: moments of grounding, reflection, and reconnection.
Our name carries the symbols that guide our work. The oak speaks to rootedness and lineage. The oar speaks to movement and trust in the journey. Together, they hold our intention to stay deeply rooted while remaining responsive to change.
Kauaʻi grown, Kauaʻi made. From soil to soul.
