We are a family owned and operated company located in the Port Allen Marina shopping center.

Watch us make chocolates in our little shop at Port Allen. Tropical truffles - macadamia, passion-fruit, guava, mango, coconut, banana, cinnamon, coffee, papaya, and chocolate. The “Chocolate Opihi” is our most popular confection (shortbread cookie, caramel and a whole macadamia nut covered in chocolate). The macadamia nuts are always fresh because we roast in a small copper kettle. Special orders for weddings are welcome. Chocolates and ice cream are among the world’s best.

Hours of operation: Mon-Sat: 11-5 and Sun: 12-3.
